I'm a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families to correct and resolve sleep issues. I provide a free 20 minute intake call where I learn what the sleep challenges are and give the parents an idea of methods I would coach them through based on the age and development level of the child, the parents goals for sleep and any other factors that play a role in the family's sleep story. From there, parents purchase one of several packages I offer, fill out a detailed assessment followed by a one to two hour consultation. During that consultation, we do a deep dive into the sleep issues and I explain in detail how we will correct it. I also teach classes on preparing your newborn for sleep, sleep training for infants, toddlers and older children.
