Neil S. Lowenstein, was elected to the Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy
Contractors Association (HRUHCA) Board of Directors for 2021. HRUHCA is a
forty-year-old, regional, heavy construction trade association operating in the
Southeastern "Tidewater" area of the Commonwealth.

prestigious organization serving as a unified voice for the utility and heavy
construction industry, and to be trusted to join the association's Board of
Directors," said Lowenstein.
Neil is a member of
