Community & Family Development Training Center mission is to provide educational information that empowers adults and youth towards self-sufficiency and inclusion, thus gaining them access to be contributors of the community. Educational information will be provided, but not limited to home ownership, parenting eduation, entrepreneurship training, networking engagement and inclusion, job readiness training (hard and soft skill training), financial management, and community outreach. Community Outreach programs will include, but are not limited to volunteer recruitment, training, and placement; business training and expansion; inclusion and placement; and outreach program for youth.

A gifted connector and communicator, Corinne Coppola (M.A.) uniquely combines her 25+ years in business and Masters in Organizational Development to create and manage impactful programs on the topics of Boundaries, Forgiveness, Keeping Calm in the Chaos and more. In her mental health coaching business, Corinne uses a holistic approach integrating Internal
Family Systems along with mindfulness, positive psychology, heart-based practices to help heal cycles of anger, fear and anxiety. Her clients have gained the courage to take on new adventures, overcome health challenges, deal with grief, take back control in their lives, stand up for their beliefs, regain love and connection in their most important relationships, and more.
She is the Founder of Healing the Heart Retreats and Coaching works in small groups, individual coaching and leads  small group retreats nationally and internationally.
