Vandeventer Black's Kathleen Panagis Elected to the SEVA-CAI Board of Directors

Vandeventer Black is pleased to announce that Kathleen W. Panagis, Of Counsel to the firm, was elected to the Southeastern Virginia Chapter Community Associations Institute (SEVA-CAI) Board of Directors for a three-year term starting January 1, 2022. SEVA-CAI is dedicated to building better communities in the Hampton Roads region and provides information, education, and resources to local community association board members and homeowner leaders, community managers, association management firms, and other professionals who provide services to associations.

 

"It is an honor to be elected to SEVA-CAI’s Board of Directors, and I look forward to furthering the chapter’s success and presence in the Hampton Roads region," said Kathleen.

 

 

Kathleen has more than a decade of experience in serving as general counsel to homeowner and condominium associations located in Virginia. Kathleen is a core team member of Vandeventer Black’s Community Associations practice group and co-created the firm’s Open Session webpage, an online resource with curated content for Virginia Community Associations. In addition to her upcoming term on the Board of Directors for SEVA-CAI, Kathleen has served on various SEVA-CAI committees and is a frequent speaker at chapter educational seminars and regularly authors articles for the chapter’s quarterly magazine, Currents.
