The ED supports and advocates for the rights and protection of victims/survivors of stalking, domestic violence, sexual assault, and dating violence. The ED is responsible for the financial and operational management of ESCADV, including overseeing delivery of services and program administration. The ED is responsible for the organization’s advocates, shelter staff, and administrative personnel who oversee and manage the assessment of survivors’ needs and provide crisis intervention, safety, shelter, counseling through the volunteer services model, referrals, advocacy (general and legal), food, clothing and other necessities for clients. The ED ensures that appropriate client records and data on services are maintained (including VA data). The public face of the organization, the ED coordinates community outreach and works in collaboration with community partners to provide effective coordination of services. The ED is responsible for ensuring the financial health and security of the organization.
