Help Desk Technician I
Description:  
Successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for support with computer hardware, software, TV, Internet and Telephone problems. Will provide support for Windows operating systems, troubleshooting Microsoft Office, PC hardware, peripherals, Outlook/Exchange, Internet issues, and network connectivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION 

Contribute to the Company vision of customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork 

Provide technical and troubleshooting support to end users in need of assistance with their computer hardware, software, TV, Internet, Telephones, voicemail and related services.

Create and maintain cases, keeping notes and updates of issues and work related to resolving end user issues.

Maintain and support in moving, adding, changing and delete end users from related systems and services.

Position is full-time with benefits 

Requirements:  
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge 

Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and PC Hardware

Solid understanding of LANs, WANs and TCP/IP

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Ability to work flexible work schedules

A+ and Network+ skills desirable

Education (level and type) 

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certifications and/or Licenses 

Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance
