Red-winged blackbirds are strutting their stripes and egrets their breeding plumage.  Join the Eastern Shore Master Naturalists on Saturday March 22 for a bird walk on Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge to explore springtime activity of our year-round birds and the summer visitors who are starting to return and nest.

We will provide binoculars and scope, and newcomers to birding are very welcome.  Check Chincoteague Friends Facebook page for any last-minute weather updates.  

Meet at 8.30 am at the Woodland Trail parking lot.
